Each year, my husband and I sit and marvel at how fast the year has gone by and this year is no different. We suddenly find ourselves furiously planning to get a few projects done around the house before hosting Thanksgiving at our house and considering how to spend the Christmas holiday. And lately I have been needing more planning help than I used to – I think it has to do something with having two extra beings to consider and plan for!
That’s why I am so glad I found Jill Craft’s Christmas Planner 2013 to help me plan for everything important this year! It is a downloadable planner (making it so easy to print) that has lots of lists to keep me organized and on budget.
Having a plan ahead of time helps prevent exhaustion during the holidays and regret (a.k.a. high credit card bills) in January! So this planner includes help for budgeting while making sure I don’t forget anyone on my list. And I love her idea of including a list for the homemade gifts we make. We try to make something special for all the people who came and worked in our home over the past year, so this helps me to plan to bless them as a way of thanking with something thoughtful.
The Christmas Planner 2013 also has the standard holiday lists, like Christmas card lists, menu planning sheets, and daily planning sheets. But some of the planning sheets are unique and lovely (and helpful). She has included a sheet to write down favorite activities and traditions for this year, that way I can remember all the fun things we do. She also has created a cleaning checklist to make sure you get it all clean by the time all the holiday guests arrive. Perhaps the best part is that this planner is a two-for-one! If you purchase this year’s Christmas Planner, you get next year’s free!
And Jill has generously allowed me to give away a couple of planners to my readers! So, if you are interested in getting and staying organized for this holiday season, please enter below. If you can’t wait to see if you have won a copy, go buy the Christmas Planner 2013 through Jill’s site. It is only $3.99 and includes a free planner for next year, too!
